So far I have lived in the Mediterranean for 11 years. After five years in Greece, Malta, Spain and Portugal, I returned to the Czech Republic and lived in Prague for 10 years. In 2018 I moved with my family to the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. And I’ve lived here ever since.<\/p>\n
I worked in Prague as a personal real estate agent on recommendation. And this is the profession I am pursuing in Spain. I have accumulated 15 years of experience in real estate.<\/p>\n
<\/strong><\/p>\n What was my path to owning my own property in Spain?<\/strong><\/p>\n My home is currently Casares Costa near Estepona. First we rented a property here, which we moved into. We knew we were going to settle here, but we only started looking for a property to buy after we had settled in and assimilated a bit into the Spanish environment.<\/p>\n
