Do you need someone to take care of your property when you are away?

What does property management involve?

• checking empty or even rented properties at least once a month
• arranging repairs – assistance with the selection of reliable craftsmen and supervision during implementation
• cleaning – help with choosing reliable domestic helpers
• “key holding ” – assistance and support in handing over the keys and making the property available at your request
• checking the mailbox and receiving mail (a full mailbox indicates that no one has been in the property for a long time)

I have been renting, selling and managing properties for 15 years in Prague. In my current residence on the Costa del Sol, a large part of the properties by the sea are not used by the owners all year round. That’s why I look after their properties in their absence. I check the property regularly. If necessary, I arrange with third parties for repairs, cleaning, etc.
