      A few days ago we finished the premium beach apartment CASARES DEL MAR with direct sea view. Instead of cars, you’ll hear the splash of the sea and if you’re lucky, you’ll see dolphins frolicking on the horizon. The comfortable apartment is suitable for up to 4 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Spanish channels/Click TV (Google Play Store, Google Play Movies, Youtube, Music, Google Play Games, Prime Video), terrace to relax and read books or just sit and watch the sunset. You can use the apartment’s underground parking space. There are two lifts in the building. The picturesque part of the Costa del Sol is called Casares Costa and is only an hour’s drive from Málaga airport, half an hour’s drive from Marbella and in a few minutes you are in Estepona. A walk along the promenade puts you within easy reach of two beach restaurants (Chiringuito La Sal and Chiringuito Bahía Beach). You can shop at the Spanish supermarket Mercadona or Lidl near the apartment. All infrastructure is at your fingertips. Come to Andalusia to recharge your batteries and soak up the sun!

          The villa is located in Terrazas de Cortesin belonging to the Finca Cortesin complex. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces and a small garden. It is located in one of the most famous golf resorts in the world, hosting the Solheim Cup golf tournament in 2023.

          The villa has total privacy and overlooks Estepona and the adjacent coastline. It has two parking spaces and a communal swimming pool. Guests can make use of the Finca Cortesin’s paid services at the Wellness Centre (massages, fitness centre, indoor pool, outdoor pool).

          The ground floor of the villa consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a glass opening to a large terrace and a garden. The terrace is also accessible from another bedroom on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom, utility room with washing machine, dryer and large barbecue.

          On the first floor of the villa there are two bedrooms. Master bedroom with en-suite large bathroom (bath and separate shower) and access to terrace with stunning coastal views. The third bedroom also has a bathroom available.

              This 3-bedroom apartment is located on calle Polonia in the beautiful town of Estepona, in the province of Málaga.

              The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new modern building with elevator near the port of Estepona. It is a single-storey apartment with a spacious living room connected to a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large window onto a terrace with seating area and views of the quiet street. There are also three separate bedrooms (master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom with two individual beds). An additional bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible from the hallway. Two bedrooms also have access to a partially covered terrace. Guests will welcome a pantry with washing machine, highchair, toys and other equipment. The apartment includes two parking spaces in the underground garage. The entire Las Mesas complex features an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness center.
