About me

So far I have lived in the Mediterranean for 11 years. After five years in Greece, Malta, Spain and Portugal, I returned to the Czech Republic and lived in Prague for 10 years. In 2018 I moved with my family to the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. And I’ve lived here ever since.

I worked in Prague as a personal real estate agent on recommendation. And this is the profession I am pursuing in Spain. I have accumulated 15 years of experience in real estate.

What was my path to owning my own property in Spain?

My home is currently Casares Costa near Estepona. First we rented a property here, which we moved into. We knew we were going to settle here, but we only started looking for a property to buy after we had settled in and assimilated a bit into the Spanish environment.

What experiences can I share with you?

I was dealing with my child’s schooling. I have experience with both private and government medical facilities. I’ve dealt with local authorities and banks. I arranged all sorts of services, including internet access. I was signing up for water and electricity, looking for tradesmen and partially renovating my own home. I have experience in most areas of the practicalities of living in Spain.

What can I do for you?

Currently, thanks to my experience, I am helping clients from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium and the UK to navigate the Spanish system, saving them time and money.

When dealing with clients, I put a lot on my own feeling. I am decent, honest, reliable and I finish things. I like quality.
